Cancellation Policy:
As a courtesy to our therapists and other clients, if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, we request a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee to cover staff costs. We will also charge a 50% deposit on all large bookings.
